Links I Use a Lot and Want to Share

Inspiring stories from an amazing (and amazingly funny) writer and faith filled momma of five who happens to be battling breast cancer.  It will only lift your spirits!

Just in case you’ve ever fantasized about selling all of your possessions (or giving them away) and traveling the U.S.A. (or your country) free of the normal homeowner’s responsibilities, you could live vicariously through this great couple’s adventures – see where they’ve gone and learn of their ups and downs in their amazing RV adventure!

I swore I’d never in a million years home school a child.  I’ve learned you should NEVER say never!  I’ve gotten a lot of inspiration from this wonderful mom and Catholic blogger!  Sue tells great stories!

A great online magazine for Catholics  & food for thought

Wonderful for if you’re on the road – or in your own hometown – just type in your zip code and you will be provided with the nearest Catholic churches, directions to them and mass times – an invaluable resource!

Not actually a website – but info. on the best Catholic APP ever!  Everything Catholic right in the palm of your hand.  I love to use the “rosary podcast with Melissa” to pray the scriptural rosary each day.   Saint of the Day, Readings of the Day, Liturgy of the Hours, etc.

Wonderful, creative, trustworthy materials for teaching the faith to children!  Love them!

A super website for movie reviews.  I always refer to it before taking my children to the movies – or even in deciding if I want to view a movie myself.  They tell specifically the good and morally offensive aspects of a movie – which bad words are said, etc.  Can’t recommend enough!

Answers galore to every question you could possibly have about the Catholic faith – a great resource for new Catholics and cradle Catholics

Super duper website for women who have experienced sexual abuse/trauma – short encouraging and educational videos as well as recommended reading on the subject – links to Catholic psychotherapists, etc.

Great for anytime you want to look up a particular passage in the bible – or when you want to see what God’s Word has to say about a specific topic – It has nearly every version of the bible written and now includes a Catholic version.  Hooray!!

A new ministry for a friend of mine – someone who truly lives her faith!  Her blog is so hope-filled and encouraging!  Please check it out:)

About danardoyle

I am a Catholic, working wife and mother. I have three children ages 10, 16 and 23. I am extremely busy, as you can imagine. I aim each and every day to put God first in my life, to teach my children the Faith, to be a supportive spouse, keep the house in order, and do my job outside of the home well, too. That's an impossible task - without Divine intervention! Here, I hope to share my triumphs and struggles with other working moms in the same boat. I will share the tools I have discovered to making it all work - most days!

Thank you so much for the link to my blog! That’s so kind of you. I’m glad we can share so much with each other through our blogs.

I love the Laudate app too. There are a few websites on your list I haven’t yet investigated. Now I will!
