Audubon Insectarium Butterflies

We visited the Audubon Insectarium on Canal Street in New Orleans today.  My favorite part of the museum was the butterfly exhibit.  Here are some of my best shots.  Enjoy!

About danardoyle

I am a Catholic, working wife and mother. I have three children ages 7, 14 and 21. I am extremely busy, as you can imagine. I aim each and every day to put God first in my life, to teach my children the Faith, to be a supportive spouse, keep the house in order, and do my job outside of the home well, too. That's an impossible task - without Divine intervention! Here, I hope to share my triumphs and struggles with other working moms in the same boat. I will share the tools I have discovered to making it all work - most days!

    Dana,

    So beautiful!

Your photos reminded me that we have a butterfly house in our local town. We’ve never visited it. I don’t even know where it is but I’m going to find out! Tourists come from all over the place to visit our area and we haven’t even seen half the attractions ourselves. I wonder if other people have never seen their home town attractions. Perhaps because they are on our doorstep we say we’ll go one day, no hurry… and never get there!

I love all your photos, Dana.

    God bless!
