Their Lives are a Gift

A friend of mine who loaned us all of the cool Cinco de Mayo decorations asked me to post a few pictures of the festivities at our house last weekend.  My two oldest “babies” just turned 14 and 21 respectively, so we had a Cinco de Mayo themed party in their honor.  Where does the time go?  All I know is that I have been so blessed by them – their lives are two of the best gifts I’ve been given.  May God bless them, and keep them.  May He make His face to shine upon them… and give them peace all the days of their lives.

(I don’t like to post other people’s pictures to the Internet, so there won’t be many people in these pictures – only those that I know don’t mind. Check out the cool candy cake my daughter and niece made – idea from Pinterest!)

About danardoyle

I am a Catholic, working wife and mother. I have three children ages 14, 20 and 27. I am extremely busy, as you can imagine. I aim each and every day to put God first in my life, to teach my children the Faith, to be a supportive spouse, keep the house in order, and do my job outside of the home well, too. That's an impossible task - without Divine intervention! Here, I hope to share my triumphs and struggles with other working moms in the same boat. I will share the tools I have discovered to making it all work - most days!
