Prayer for the Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul

1 Corinthians 15:  8-10

“Last of all He appeared to me also, as to one abnormally born.
For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.  But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.”

Prayer:

Dear God,  help us to empty ourselves and to detach ourselves from the things of this world. Fill us with the grace of Your Spirit, so that Your Will may be done in us and through us.  Help us to be effective instruments of Your grace to bring others to You.  We pray for a deep and lasting conversion of ourselves and our family members.  We pray for those souls most in need of Your mercy and conversion.  We thank You, Father, for the awesome gift of Your grace. Amen.

Blessed Mother, pray for us!  St. Paul, pray for us!

About danardoyle

I am a Catholic, working wife and mother. I have three children ages 10, 16 and 23. I am extremely busy, as you can imagine. I aim each and every day to put God first in my life, to teach my children the Faith, to be a supportive spouse, keep the house in order, and do my job outside of the home well, too. That's an impossible task - without Divine intervention! Here, I hope to share my triumphs and struggles with other working moms in the same boat. I will share the tools I have discovered to making it all work - most days!
