“I Saw God Today”

How have you experienced God’s holy presence today?  Did you look for Him?

About danardoyle

I am a Catholic, working wife and mother. I have three children ages 10, 16 and 23. I am extremely busy, as you can imagine. I aim each and every day to put God first in my life, to teach my children the Faith, to be a supportive spouse, keep the house in order, and do my job outside of the home well, too. That's an impossible task - without Divine intervention! Here, I hope to share my triumphs and struggles with other working moms in the same boat. I will share the tools I have discovered to making it all work - most days!

This may have been a short post, Dana, but it was both moving and encouraging. Moving because I haven’t looked for God as much as I should have today, and encouraging because I know He’s right there for me if I go. Thank you, and God bless your day!

Oh dear, I haven’t been looking. I am sure I shall see Him soon now you have reminded me to look. Thank you, Dana! God bless.

God gave me several “signs” this week that I had been praying for. I’m a bit scared now to go forward. I guess I’ll pray about that fear.

    Beautiful pic 🙂

I asked a friend last night about how she prays for discernment. I usually spend some time in adoration and pray a prayer to the Holy Spirit. My friend says that she depends heavily upon the rosary. She looks to Mary whenever fearful about moving forward – and meditates upon the Annunciation. Mary had the courage to say, “Yes,” to God even thought she knew that her life would be so difficult. She can help us to have courage as well. I’ll pray for you too! Fear not!

  5. I guarantee, if you looked for Him, you saw Him.

That’s awesome! My mom always calls those “God clouds!”
